Last year, The Dow Chemical Company and Cobblestone Homes teamed up to make net-zero energy homes in Michigan a reality with the “Vision Zero” home. But the vision wasn’t just to build one home. It was to educate the public and homebuilders regarding the possibilities of energy efficiency.

In 2011, they have come together again to make sustainable living truly attainable with the “InVision Zero” home. Priced slightly below the current U.S. average new home selling price, InVision Zero is about building sustainable homes that are affordable and attainable for more homeowners.

The home utilizes a portfolio of energy efficient home building materials and technologies designed to work together to produce enough energy to supply all of the home’s electricity needs.
